It time for USC football all over again and this is a season to get some tickets. The program is shaping up and look to have some fun in the expanded Pac 12 conference. After adding Utah and Colorado, the Pac 10 is now the Pac 12, and USC has a whole different conference on its hands. The excitement is palpable on the University of Southern California campus, and most students already have their tickets in hand, waiting for kickoff. The Trojans’s home stadium, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, will see some great fun as the Trojans take on the rest of the Pac-12 Conference, aiming to get to the Pac-12 Championship Game in 2011. There hasn’t been a better time to buy USC football tickets in a few years so you need to get out to a game. Buy some University of Southern California football tickets right as fans are starting to buy tickets like crazy. Trojans Head Coach Lane Kiffin has a solid roster to work with, and with QB Matt Barkley throwing like a veteran the Trojans look like they are in good shape. The Trojans are aiming for a solid bowl game invite so look for them to play hard in 2011. The college football season is warming up so purchase USC Trojans football tickets right now and see what promises to be a very fun season of Trojans football.

2011 University of Southern California Schedule

The University of Southern California face some tough teams in 2011, and an already tough Pac-12 schedule is made even tougher with some big out of conference teams. Every Trojans football game is a good one, but this season there are several that look extra-tantalizing. Looming extra-large on the schedule are games against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Oregon Ducks, two games you can bet USC football tickets are extra-hot for. The USC Trojans vs Notre Dame Fighting Irish game goes down on October 22 at Notre Dame Stadium, and if you can see the latest chapter of this long-time rivalry you are going to see some action. The Trojans vs Notre Dame rivalry is one of the toughest in college football, so expect tickets to be in extra demand this year. Notre Dame enters the season ranked in the top 25, so its up to USC to take them down a peg. The other big game on the schedule is against the Oregon Ducks, who lost to the Auburn Tigers in the 2011 BCS Championship. The Ducks are as high-flying an offense as you will find, so the USC defense will have their work cut out for them in this game. The USC Trojans Oregon Ducks game takes place on November 19 with a 7:30 p.m. kickoff so if you can buy tickets its gonna be a thriller. There are plenty of good games to look forward too, but the Irish and Ducks are right at the top. USC football tickets are here again and the team is ready for action.

USC Trojans players

Coach Lane Kiffin, who bolted out of Tennessee for a chance to coach at USC, has a good crop of players to work with this year. QB Matt Barkley has been looking better and better and he has some solid receivers to throw the ball to. Barkley ’s got some good tools around him, so expect the Trojans to rack up some touchdowns. Lane Kiffin also scored a legit player with bringing lineman Arik Armstead to USC. It looks like Armstead is living up to the hype so far but he’s got a lot of pressure on him. Lots of fun things to look forward to this season, so get them USC Trojans football tickets before its too late. The season is going to be over before you know it and you don’t want 2012 to get here without you watching a USC football game live.

You know the stands at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum are going to be wild, and they need you there making noise with everyone. With a total capacity of 92,572 there are enough tickets to go around in Los Angeles. The USC Trojans need you cheering them on if they are going to win in the Pac-12 and we have the tickets to get you in. Watch the USC Trojans aim for the 2011 Pac-12 Championship Game and buy some University of Southern California football tickets before the Trojans season is over.

Its been a great year so far for the USC Trojans and Coach Lane Kiffin but there’s still plenty of college football to be played. Bowl Season will be here before you know it, and while USC football is ineligible, half the fun of football is rooting against your enemies. If you’ve bought USC Trojans tickets then you know this team can put on a show and the NCAA sanctions have not prevent Kiffin from fielding a quality team. There have been some memorable moments at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for the Trojans this year, but as the Pac 10 schedule heats up the action will be nuts! Get out to Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum this year because the USC football team needs you if they are going to beat UCLA.

So far this season there have been some ups and downs for Coach Lane Kiffin and the rest of the Trojans. If you’ve made it out Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum you know that these fans are fired up. You can be one of the 92,572 USC Trojans ticket holders in the stands for any home, or away, game you’d like. Be there to cheer on USC quarterback Matt Barkley live and in person. Matt Barkley has had some incredible plays so far, but who knows what is next! And speaking of incredible, when you buy USC Trojans tickets you’ll also get to see Allen Bradford in action. You can see them both in action with USC football tickets available online. Between Matt Barkley and Allen Bradford the Trojans can hang with anyone, so don’t miss out!

Rivalry Game
And for many fans the biggest game of the season is also the last game in the battle for the Victory Bell. “Rivalry Week,” as college football fans call the final week of grudge match of the season, sees some incredible games each year. With USC taking on UCLA on Saturday, December 4 fans are already looking for tickets. This is one game you do not want to miss, and getting the Victory Bell is one of the biggest goals each season. See the game in person and buy some USC UCLA tickets right quick. You can bet that tickets to watch the Trojans vs the UCLA are going to be hot this year. With the Trojans being ineligible for a bowl game in the 2010 – 2011 season, this game is the last one for the season so don’t miss it. SO yes, while USC won’t be selling Rose Bowl tickets this year, the Trojans will be back in there before you know it!

The USC Trojans are going to try to slay the Penn State Nittany Lions in the same way roman gladiators did hundreds of years ago. While Rose Bowl stadium and the Roman Colliseum don’t share too many similarities, college football athletes on both sides are going to be playing as hard as if their life depended on it. The 2009 Rose Bowl is a rematch of 1923 Rose Bowl. The Trojans won that Rose Bowl 14-3. That was the ninth time Rose Bowl tickets were sold. This game will definitely be one of the best of the season, so be sure that you get your Rose Bowl tickets now.

The USC defense is one of the best in the game, and their 3.4 yards-per-play average is one of the best in college football history. The USC Trojans have been rewarded for a well-played and hard-fought season with yet another Rose Bowl berth. USC Football has been one of the best teams all season long, and a trip the to Granddaddy of them All is their reward. The historic match up of a USC Penn State Rose Bowl is not only a reward for USC Football fans, its a reward for college football in general. This team has been looking very sharp, but then again Penn State has looked good too. Both teams have just one loss, and both can claim one of the biggest and most storied franchises in all of college football. This makes it USC football’s fourth straight Rose Bowl appearance. The Trojans have been to the Rose Bowl an incredible 34 times.

These teams are close as can be in the BCS rankings. USC football is at #5 while Penn State is right behind them at #6. Both teams are 11-1, both being upset by opponents. USC football lost to Oregon State 27-21 and Penn State was beaten by Iowa 24-23 after a 31-yard field goal missed with 1 second on the clock. Penn State beat Oregon State 45-14. Both teams also beat Ohio State, USC football won 35-3 and Penn State beat 13-6. This year the Trojans played and beat Virginia, Ohio State and Notre Dame.

Joe Paterno will be 82 by the time of the Rose Bowl. “We’re delighted to have an opportunity to go out there to Pasadena and play against a team with the caliber and tradition of Southern Cal,” Paterno told Yahoo Sports. “All of our fans are excited. My team is excited. We realize we have a very formidable challenge in playing a team of the quality of Southern Cal, a team I think is one of the two or three best teams in the country. I hope we can go out there and be competitive with them. I’m a little bit nervous. This is a very, very impressive football team, Southern Cal. They do everything well.”

Paterno’s overall record is 383-126-3, and is 23-10-1 in Bowl Games. He is also the only coach to win all four major bowls. He first started coaching Penn State in 1966. His 383 wins, 34 bowls and 23 bowl wins are all college football records. Under Paterno, the Nittany Lions made their Rose Bowl record 1-1 when they beat Oregon in 1994.

Carroll also lavished heaps of praise on Paterno. “He’s stood for college football and for football in general as a true icon in every sense of the word,” Carroll said. “He’s brought a tremendous energy and spirit to football and to the game, love of the game that will last forever. I see how feisty he is, how tough he is. I just marvel at all of the years and the excellence.”

“I want to meet coach Paterno,” sai USC’s Taylor Mays. “I’m going to look for him to shake his hand. It’s cool to play Penn State and Joe Paterno. With all of the history of both schools, it’s a classic matchup.”

And the respect each coach has for the other is evident. “Pete has done a terrific job .Two or three coaches out there that really changed the whole game of football. Pete certainly has been right there at the top of it,” said Paterno. USC football under Pete Carroll enjoy the country’s best winning percentage

Carroll also has some big big time coaching numbers. Since he came aboard seven years ago, USC football has won or shared the Pac-10 championship, won at least 11 times and played in a BCS bowl in every season. he has a 81-9 record since 2002. The Trojans also have won five of the last six bowl games they played in. Their loss was a thrilling loss to Vince Young and Texas in a 41-38 BCS Championship loss three years. USC Football is 5-1 in all-time BCS bowl record.

The Trojans played for the National Championship in the 2006 Rose Bowl. “The goal of our program year in and year out since we’ve been here the last eight years has been to get to the Rose Bowl and win that thing,” said USC Coach Pete Carroll. “That’s all we’ve ever shot for. We never set our sights on the BCS process. Being that’s out of our control, we know that the Rose Bowl is within our control and that’s what we shoot for around here. We’re all pumped up about this.”

USC football and Penn State have battled a total of eight times, and this year’s Rose Bowl will give one team the edge, as their head-to-head record is 4-4. They last met at Giants Stadium in 2000. Penn State won that game, and Carroll joined USC the next year. Both teams will really on their oppressive defense as a key to a Rose Bowl victory.

USC was the best defensive team all year in both total defense and scoring defense. Penn State was fifth in total defense and fourth in scoring defense.

While defense is a key to victory, offense is what puts points on the broad. Fortunately for anyone with Rose Bowl tickets, both these teams can score as well. Penn State averaged 40.2 points per game while USC football has scored an average of 37.5 points per game. At the QB position both teams have capable leaders. Penn State’s Daryll Clark passed for 2,319 yards and threw 17 touchdowns. USC’s Mark Sanchez threw for 2,794 yards and 30 touchdowns. Its should be a really good end to what has been a fantastic season, and UNC Football tickets will be back for more next year with some new faces.

We here at USC football tickets can’t wait to find out if we’re gonna make it to the Rose Bowl. All that stands in our way, besides the computers, is UCLA. That should be a good game, but if we end up loosing I will be really upset. I am pumped for USC UCLA, but what I really want to see is Penn State in the Rose Bowl. That should eb a huge game and I really can’t wait to get myself some USC Penn State Rose Bowl tickets.

I think our boys have a real good shot at taking down the Lions, especially with the home field advantage that we’d have in the Rose Bowl. I know that Penn State is going to get more than a few fans over there, but I have to think that there are going to be a tad more USC fans.
